Senior IT Engineer - Broxbourne - MSP - £35k-£40k
A fast-growing Managed Service Provider based near Broxbourne is looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join their close-knit team. This is a full-time, office-based role with travel to customer sites as required - a full UK driving licence is essential.
You'll be the first point of contact but working at genuine 2nd and 3rd line depth - dealing with real issues and fixing them properly. You'll get huge exposure across Windows, M365, Azure, networking, VoIP, and cyber security, as well as the opportunity to be a key part of something that's genuinely growing. Responsibilities
Day to day, you'll be:
1. Providing 2nd line technical support remotely and on-site, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues efficiently and professionally.
2. Working across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and firewall technologies day to day.
3. Configuring, deploying, and maintaining switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
4. Troubleshooting networking, Wi-Fi, connectivity, VoIP, and security issues.
5. Taking part in customer onboarding and site setup projects as the MSP continues to grow its client base.
