Requirements: - Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting. - Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Knowledge of hotel operations including Opera and industry best practices.
