We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our passionate team at the prestigious Nusr-Et Steakhouse in London.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* · Collaborating effectively with the management team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional dining experience.
* · Ensuring that every guest receives the highest levels of service from our team members.
* · Managing the restaurant efficiently, specifically overseeing service at the tables and ensuring the team is well-trained and delivers a smooth service.
* · Leading by example and maintaining a hands-on, can-do approach.
* · Handling guest queries promptly and professionally, ensuring all guests leave with a positive dining experience.
* · Drive the Nusr-Et culture, train and develop FOH team
Who Are You?
* · Previous management experience in London restaurant scene, preferably within premium restaurant environment
* · A passion for delivering the highest levels of service.
* · Excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
* · Effective multitasking abilities.
* · The ability to motivate a team and foster a strong spirit of teamwork.
* · Full rota flexibility
* · Experience in operating Micros system
* · WSET Level 2
