We are looking for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join their team for an ongoing role, with full training provided. Role Overview: As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for processing and packing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task. MHE (LLOP picking) training will be provided, and while previous experience with MHE (LLOP) is required. Key Responsibilities: Use picking guns and software to retrieve orders efficiently. Pick orders in a timely, target-driven manner. Pack products and wrap pallets. Perform quality checks on all items before dispatch. Operate MHE (LLOP) to pick and transport goods. The Ideal Candidate: Experience with MHE (LLOP picking) Enthusiastic and motivated. Punctual and reliable. Driven to meet targets. Flexible and willing to work different shifts when needed. Good numeracy and literacy skills. Able to work effectively under pressure. Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative / Order Picker is desirable.
