Key Responsibilities New Product Introduction: Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability, tolerancing, and supplier alignment. Sourcing & Supply Chain Design: Evaluate supplier capabilities and scale supply chains from prototype to volume production. Capability Acquisition: Identify and mature new manufacturing technologies to meet design and cost targets. Quality Planning: Apply APQP principles to ensure robust quality systems. Production Support: Resolve manufacturing issues and ensure delivery with full conformance documentation. What You'll Bring Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience. Significant experience in manufacturing engineering or a related discipline. Experience with turbomachinery components such as rotors, casings, aerofoils, and fabrications.
