Channel Manager - Display and Programmatic
HSBC is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Display and Programmatic Manager. As part of the UK Marketing function, the Paid Media team supports all UK units of the bank, driving customer applications and sales through digital channels across various products including credit cards, loans, current accounts, insurance, and mortgages.
This role involves managing and optimizing end-to-end display and programmatic campaigns to enhance performance and support acquisition and brand objectives. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver data-driven campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, executing, and optimizing display and programmatic campaigns.
* Managing relationships with DSPs, trading desks, and media partners.
* Overseeing creative asset development.
* Implementing audience segmentation and dynamic targeting.
* Monitoring campaign pacing, budgets, and KPIs.
* Collaborating with analytics teams for insights and attribution.
* Reporting and presenting insights to stakeholders.
* Ensuring campaign compliance with privacy standards.
* Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing programmatic/display campaigns, with hands-on experience with DV360 or similar DSPs.
* Knowledge of ad servers, MMPs, DSPs, SSPs, and measurement platforms.
* Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and viewability.
* Proficiency in analytics tools and dashboards.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Leeds.
