Duty Manager - Premier Inn Addlestone
We're currently recruiting in our Premier Inn Addlestone. Working 37.5 hours per week, paying up to £13.36 per hour.
Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
What You’ll Do
Join our team at Premier Inn Addlestone as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing team to ensure a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience.
* Manage day-to-day hotel operations and guest services to maintain service standards.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and procedures.
* Provide leadership and coaching to team members; support staff development.
* Handle guest requests and issues to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
* Experience in leadership roles, ideally in retail or other environments where you have led people.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to start immediately; leadership experience relevant to hotel operations.
Contract and Pay
Pay Rate Up to £13.36 per hour (day shift). Contract Type: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts! Hours: 37.5 hours a week – guaranteed hours to help you plan your week around!
