Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an exciting and fast-growing business looking for a Brand Partnership Coordinator to join their global team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, detail-focused, and customer-driven who enjoys supporting relationships and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.You’ll play a key part in supporting the Brand Partnership Team, helping deliver a high-quality customer experience across a global client base. This is a varied role combining administration, customer care, and CRM support.
Key Responsibilities as a Brand Partnership Coordinator
* Support CRM activity and maintain accurate customer records
* Assist with cancellations, retention activity, and follow-ups
* Provide admin support across customer accounts and internal teams
* Track customer interactions, feedback, and account updates
* Support marketing communications including mailshots
* Help source new business contacts for the wider team
* General admin and coordination across a busy, fast-paced function
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong admin experience, ideally in a customer-focused environment
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Monday.com, NetSuite) is a bonus
* Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
