We’re seeking a driven and technically minded Technical Sales Engineer to join their highly skilled team which will be a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities while managing key client relationships across the UK and internationally.
It is key that the successful candidate has proven experience working as a Technical Sales Engineer, with strong working knowledge in instrumentation, sensors, controls etc.

Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a closely related technical discipline
Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within aviation, instrumentation, or related fields
Proficient in generating accurate technical quotations and sales documentation
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel internationally
Sell weather monitoring systems to airports and air navigation service providers (ANSPs) worldwide
Prepare technical proposals, sales forecasts, and quotations
Conduct site surveys, pre-sales meetings, and client visits
Collaborate with engineering and software teams to shape bespoke client solutions
Maintain CRM records and follow-up on RFQs and sales leads
Track and meet revenue targets while building long-term business development plans
