Campbell Grove Talent are partnering with an exciting, fast-growing company based in Halifax thats recently secured funding and is now ready to build a finance function that keeps pace with their ambition. This is where you come in.
This is a hands-on finance role for someone who wants to get their teeth into something meaningful, without it taking over their life. Four days a week means youve got time for the things that matter outside of work too, whether thats family, hobbies, or just actually switching off on a Friday.
The Role:
Youll be the go-to numbers person in the business, sitting close to the leadership team, owning the numbers and making sure the financial foundations are as strong as the growth story. Management accounts, budgets, forecasts, VAT returns the full picture.
Theres a small amount of transactional finance in the mix too. The business is at that brilliant, slightly chaotic stage where everyone chips in. It wont be that way forever, and youll have a say in how the finance function develops as the team grows.
