We’re seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team, covering London and the Southeast. If you have a background in welfare accommodation, modular solutions, or site services-and a proven ability to win business and build strong client relationships-this is a high-impact opportunity within a respected and growing business.

With over 40 years in the industry and 17 depots across the UK, Liberty Guard is a trusted name in modular and portable accommodation. Our welfare units, containers, and site solutions support clients in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
We operate with speed, flexibility, and a strong customer-first approach. From our head office in Doncaster, our team works nationally, delivering high-quality products backed by reliable service and deep market knowledge.
The Role
This is a field-based sales role focused on generating new business and managing client accounts across your region. You’ll be responsible for promoting Liberty Guard’s product range, growing key accounts, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across welfare and modular accommodation sectors
* Build and manage a pipeline of clients in construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets
* Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through consultative sales and tailored solutions
* Represent the business at meetings, trade events, and client sites
* Manage your own region, performance targets, and client base with autonomy
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sale support
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in sales, business development, or account management
* Experience in the welfare accommodation, modular container, or hire industry
* Track record of securing new business and growing existing accounts
* Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable with face-to-face sales
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
* Experience working with clients in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure
* Background in logistics or hire services
* Previous territory or regional sales experience

Location:
Field-based role with travel across London and the South East. Hybrid working is available.
