The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our LG family as OBS (Online Brand Store) Business Planning & Operation business leader. You will be responsible for delivering our revenue and profitability goals on LG.com as well as coordinating the delivery of a best-in-class consumer experience that educates & inspires the consumer to buy LG products & explain why these products are the best in market. You will support our Sales, Product and Marketing teams with meaningful data and insight to help build a promotion plan that allows us to deliver meaningful growth as well as discover new ways to engage consumers through exciting brand experiences and new technologies. As OBS Business & Operation business leader, you will play a key role in our brand storytelling and you will be expected to own the overall operation of LG.com from start to finish.

Your Role & Responsibilities
OBS PPP & Marketing Activities
* Accountable for developing the yearly strategy for LG.com on how both revenue and data sign-up targets will be met as well as how the site becomes a brand destination
* Manage / update / monitor the site to ensure content aligns to brand and promotional calendar
* Plan and Develop for OBS exclusive promotional activities with the different Business Units considering how this affects revenue and profitability
* Establish LG.com as preferred shopping destination for all LG Electronics products as well as develop the platform beyond only product experience Ensure that you work with HQ to develop best in market CX journeys
* Day to day management of creative agencies to execute E-Commerce and digital marketing campaigns and analyse assets performance
* Bring innovative ideas by thinking outside-the-box, leveraging data, and building insights to create business cases
* Develop functional capabilities around test, learn and iterations to accelerate category growth and education of what works when looking to increase consumer interactions
* Develop processes to improve the running of the team as well as the businesses understanding of performance
OBS PSI & Profit Management
* Analysis of historical trend, PSI and market trend on a weekly basis using statistical analysis tools to generate weekly / monthly forecast. (Sales, Inventory, P&L)
* Facilitate consensus across organisation by meeting with relevant teams to confirm Sales forecast
* Develop realistic and accurate forecast & delivery plan. Collate, share and input weekly forecast data in to internal systems
* Keep day-to-day operations on track. Analyse, streamline and simplify processes
* P&L Management include COI analysis
OBS Operation Management
* Responsible for delivering user friendly content that drives business outcomes and ensuring the website delivers an exceptional customer experience and sales growth
* Make sure things happen on time, and communicate status. Utilise project management planning experience and software on budget.
* Communicate clearly, supervise other related with OBS operation, answer any queries and provide guidance to all other parties (Other Sales Team, Product Management Team (PD), Order Desk, SCM, Accounting & Finance Team, Service Team etc.)
* Develop communications for all digital touch points focusing on lower funnel, closing deals and short cut to conversion in collaboration with wider team and agency partners
* Monitor periodical performance measures and supplier/customer non-conformance to enable process improvement in the Supply Chain. Provide fact based analysis with corrective action plan
* Working in conjunction with Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain Managers to develop and progressively improve forecasting process, improve accuracy and reduce forecast volatility through co-ordinated innovation activity (Include Korea HQ & European HQ)
* Create weekly and monthly metrics tracking system to use to make informed business decisions
Skills, Education & Experience
* A natural curiosity and desire to learn
* Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams and navigate matrixed organizations.
* Consolidate, monitor and analyse UK sales and forecast
* Educated to degree level in related discipline or equivalent experience required
* Strong knowledge on financial reporting, cost structure, and sales deduction in consumer goods industry
* Commercial acumen with an ability to provide commercial & promotional insights with actionable recommendation under tight timescales across business functions
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required
* Knowledge of return on investment modelling
* Experience of communicating and presenting data with an emphasis on the insight the data delivers
* Proven problem solving skills with the ability to balance conflicting interest
