We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Band 6 Practice Education Facilitator (PEF) to join our dynamic Education & Workforce team at Weston General Hospital.
This role is central to ensuring our nursing, midwifery, and healthcare support worker colleagues receive outstanding learning experiences and the support they need to deliver safe, effective, compassionate care.
You will work closely with wards, departments, Practice Assessors/Supervisors, Matrons, Ward Managers, and the Divisional Education Team to ensure high-quality practice learning environments and drive continuous improvement across the division.

While the core role duties lie within the Division of Weston, the post holder may be called upon to provide support and education outside of Weston Hospital( local investigations, supporting divisional study sessions).
Work closely with the existing PEFs to develop a multidisciplinary relationship in order to deliver bespoke and comprehensive education specific to the specialty. Develop relationships and work in collaboration with the wider educational teams across UHBW.
