Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Luton Main Dealer
1. Position: Vehicle Technician
2. Location: Luton
3. Basic Salary: Circa £38,000 + Bonus (DoE)
4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:00pm
5. 1-in-3 Saturday Mornings.
6. Excellent training and development provider.
Our Client; a Main Car Dealership in Luton, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their Workshop.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a good company known for its training and development of staff.
Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:
7. Carrying out Servicing, Maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
8. Using your skills and experience to complete diagnostic work and fault finding.
9. Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
10. Working closely with Service Advisors, providing clear updates and technical insights for customers.
11. Bringing a positive, can-do attitude to a supportive team environment.
12. Keeping up to date with the latest industry innovations and technology.
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
13. NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
14. Previous main dealer experience would be highly desirable.
15. A strong eye for detail with a passion for delivering excellent results.
16. Great communication skills and a team player mentality.
17. A genuine enthusiasm for the motor trade and continuous learning.
