Senior Service Advisor Required in Guildford
1. Location: Guildford
2. Salary: Up to £34,000 (DOE) + £6,000 uncapped bonus
3. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm + 1-in-3 Saturday mornings (rota)

Our client; a leading Franchised Car Dealership in Guildford, seeks an experienced Senior Service Advisor with at least 3 years’ experience in a Service Advisor role.

Key Responsibilities:
5. Interpret customer concerns and liaise with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics.
6. Communicate with customers regarding additional work or repairs required.
7. Greet customers and schedule service appointments efficiently.
8. Estimate repair times and costs with precision.
9. Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
10. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
11. Oversee vehicle progress through the workshop, ensuring timely updates.
12. Work closely with the Aftersales Manager
Requirements:
13. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
14. Strong customer service and communication skills.
15. Ability to manage administrative and operational aspects of the service department.
