* Job Title: Psychotherapist
* Location: Underley Gardens School, Kirkby Lonsdale, Lancashire LA6 2DZ
* Salary: GBP41,338 - GBP56,800 pro rata, DOE
* Hours: 24 hours per week, 3 days (days negotiable)
* Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only
* Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
About the Role
We seek an experienced Psychotherapist to join our Clinical Teams at Underley Gardens School, working as a key member of our clinical team.
You will collaboratively deliver assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism, and related emotional and learning needs, implementing a holistic, therapeutic approach.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, interventions, documentation, and reports, as well as supporting and training staff and parents to develop our clinical services.
Our multidisciplinary team fosters a nurturing environment where pupils can thrive, with a strong safeguarding culture and a focus on involving pupils in decisions affecting them.
We aim for excellence in supporting our pupils and building futures, aligning with our vision to empower vulnerable individuals across the UK.

Essential Criteria
* Recognised qualification (e.g., Master's in Psychotherapy) and registration with a professional body
* Level 7 qualification or Level 5 with relevant experience
* Experience with autistic individuals with complex needs
* Ability to work independently under supervision
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
