Key Duties
Open seven days a week 8am to 4pm, Port Kitchen at Shoreham Port serves fresh local food and hot and cold drinks, in a modern, welcoming space.
Key duties would include:
* Preparing, cooking and plating dishes ensuring that all food is delivered to a consistent standard.
* Taking the lead in the kitchen when the Head Chef is not on shift, supervising, directing and developing other members of the Port Kitchen Back of House team.
* Ordering food and kitchen supplies as required.
* Maintaining a clean facility adhering to Food Hygiene Safety Standards.
