NRL’s client based in Edinburgh is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for an initial temporary period of at least a month, with potential for a longer-term role. Hours are 08:15 - 16:30, Monday to Thursday, with a 12:50 finish on Friday. Immediate start!
About the role:
* Assist with processing customer orders accurately according to customer SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
* Coordinate queries with clients to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.
* Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, logging and distributing mail, maintaining filing systems, and securely disposing of documents as per retention policies.
* Sign for deliveries.
* Provide cover for other Customer Service staff as needed, including manning Reception.
What you will need:
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages and fast, accurate keyboard skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy, effective communication skills (both verbal and written), and a flexible approach to work practices.
* Candidates will need to pass a basic credit check prior to starting.
