Morson Edge are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join our client, a leading electrical contractor in the North West, known for progressing electrical engineer through their career paths.
They deliver innovative electrical solutions for the commercial/industrial sector, including projects for education, healthcare, leisure type facilities installation and testing of full electrical lv infrastructure.
As our Electrical Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of electrical works on-site.
• You'll lead a skilled team, ensure compliance with industry standards, and keep projects moving smoothly from planning to completion. Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards.
• Plan workloads, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician in industrial, commercial, or construction environments.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
