Providing leadership and management of the allocated sites philosophy, strategy, actions, results and compliance during all operational states. Successfully lead / support, direct, organise and oversee the various site E&M Departments, along with company’s maintenance support team, ensuring personnel are fit for work, competent in completing their job role responsibilities and the requirements of the companies operating standards and compliance with legislative requirements.
