The Role As a Production Operative, you’ll be part of a close-knit production team, where quality, safety, and teamwork matter. You’ll be trained to: * Use specialist equipment such as air tools, spray guns, and hog rings * Assemble and produce high-quality automotive components * Carry out visual quality checks on your own work * Follow clear health & safety processes designed to keep everyone safe * Support your teammates to keep production running smoothly No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll learn valuable skills used across modern manufacturing.
