Job Description
My Edinburgh based client are looking for an experienced HR and People Engagement professional to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role which will allow you to become a critical part of the business, carrying out a high level of administration and office duties.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Assisting colleague with all People Engagement related inquiries
* Monitoring the HR and People engagement email inbox to deal with queries and policy requests
* Supporting in creating People Engagement documentation and changing documents are required
* Managing department invoices and processing payments
* Helping to communicate company policies and procedures
Relevant skills for this role will include:
* Strong experience working in a fast paced administration role
* Experience working in professional services
* Knowledge of payroll procedures and legislation
* Organisational skills and the ability to move between tasks at pace
* Strong analytical eye to review documents and make relevant changes
* Experience with Microsoft officer and technical suites
* Strong communication and listening skills
