Job Title: Forklift Driver (Bendi Licence Required)
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday
Location: Coleshill
About the Role:
A growing manufacturing and distribution facility in Coleshill is seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver with a valid Bendi (Pivot Steer) forklift licence. This is a key role within the warehouse and logistics team, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials within the site.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience operating a Bendi forklift in a fast-paced environment and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a Bendi forklift truck to move, load, and unload materials safely
* Pick and place stock accurately in racking and designated storage locations
* Support goods-in and goods-out operations, including loading and unloading deliveries
* Maintain accurate stock handling and inventory control
* Perform daily forklift checks and report any faults or issues
* Assist with general warehouse duties when required, including manual handling
* Adhere to all site health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
* Keep the warehouse area clean, organised, and hazard-free
Skills and Experience Required:
* Valid and in-date Bendi (Pivot Steer) forklift licence is essential
* Recent experience operating a Bendi forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
* Good understanding of warehouse safety and manual handling practices
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
* Basic IT or scanner skills for stock systems (desirable)
