SEO Strategist – Contract / Permanent – Leeds, Digital.
What you’ll be doing
* Developing and implementing SEO strategies with a clear focus on client KPIs
* Conducting topical research and working with content teams to create search‑friendly content
* Monitoring, analysing and reporting on SEO performance using tools like Sistrix, GA4, AHREFS and Looker Studio
* Conducting technical SEO audits and working with internal/external teams to implement improvements
* Performing competitor and SERP analysis to identify opportunities
* Optimising Google Business Profiles and Merchant Feeds
* Keeping up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates
* Contributing to the development of business processes and sharing expertise across the team
What they’re looking for
* 3+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally in an agency setting
* Strong knowledge of technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO
* Experience with ecommerce, informational and B2B clients
* Excellent analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills
* Comfortable using and evaluating SEO tools and software
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Confident communication skills, including presenting to clients
* Strong time‑management and planning skills
