The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for opening conversations with business decision-makers and generating qualified opportunities for our consulting team.
No previous sales experience is required. We look for drive, confidence, and ambition, and provide full training and ongoing coaching.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Engaging B2B prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Identifying decision-makers and understanding business needs
* Introducing our consulting solutions and booking qualified meetings
* Working towards clear, achievable targets
* Developing core commercial and sales skills
