🚨 Hiring: Building Inspector (Class 2/3)

📍 Location: Remote (UK)

📅 Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: Up to £750

We’re looking for an experienced Building Control Professional to join a high-impact programme transforming building safety across England.

This role will support Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) in assessing Higher Risk Building (HRB) projects, ensuring regulatory decisions are technically robust, proportionate, and aligned with the Building Regulations 2010.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on building control applications & compliance
• Support MDTs with technical reviews and regulatory decisions
• Interpret complex submissions and identify compliance gaps
• Contribute to policy interpretation and best practice in regulation

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in building control & high-risk projects
• Registered as Class 3(G), 3(H), 2(C), or 2(F)
• Excellent technical communication & report writing skills
• Experience working within multi-disciplinary environments
