Job Role; Import Ledger Clerk
With our Client based on the edge of Oldham - we are looking to appoint an Import Ledger Clerk.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE IMPORT LEDGER CLERK;
* Basic Salary of £32,000
* Office based Monday to Friday - start and finish times can be flexed
* Staff Discount on a range of Retail Products
* Pension
* 25 days Holiday and Bank Holidays
THE ROLE OF THE IMPORT LEDGER CLERK;
Is for a ' can do ' / flexible character - who likes to be busy and challenged daily!!
You will have strong Excel Reporting skills
You will also have a background of Imports and Purchase Ledger - your role will inlcude;
* liaising between Overseas Suppliers / Logistics Companies and Banks
* making Payments to Overseas Suppliers
* posting Journals
* strong managment of GRN’s / Stock Invoices
* reconcile Supplier Statements
* management of Debits and Credits
* general Office Administration - Import / Suppler and Payments
