Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall quality of cleaning services provided in commercial spaces, such as offices, schools or industrial facilities, with the goal of ensure cleaning standards are met according to industry regulations, client expectations, and health/safety protocols.
Working Monday to Friday with a minimum of 40 hours per week, Use of your own vehicle with Mileage of 45p per mile. Full training and uniform provided.
Key Responsibilities but not inclusive:
* Perform On-Site Inspections: Visit client sites to audit cleaning practices and results.
* Evaluate Cleaning Standards: Check for compliance with cleaning protocols, sanitation regulations, and agreed service levels.
* Document Findings: Complete detailed reports on cleanliness, areas needing improvement, and overall performance.
* Train Staff: Provide feedback and guidance to cleaning staff and supervisors based on audit results.
* Use Checklists & Scoring Tools: Utilize standardized audit forms or software to maintain consistency.
* Report to Management/Clients: Communicate findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to management or clients.
