Monthind Clean are recruiting for a Operations Administrator in Colchester CO6.
THE ROLE
The role is full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4pm with 30 minutes for lunch. To support the Operations side of the business.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful applicant will provide a high level of administrative support to our Operations Department ensuring compliance across all duties and to be the central point of contact for Operations managers. Should have previous administrative experience and a keen aptitude to learn and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
1. An excellent attention to detail and efficient time management will be within your proven track record
2. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills – verbal, written and telephone
3. You must demonstrate competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook as a minimum
4. You must demonstrate an understanding of the legal requirements related to employee data and HR administration to ensure compliance
5. You must demonstrate an ability to identify issues, find solutions and resolve operational challenges
6. You must demonstrate an ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
DUTIES OF THE ROLE
7. Provide general administrative support to the operations team
8. Maintaining and updating our CRM package and other internal databases
9. Diary management, scheduling appointments and client meetings for various operational managers
10. Preparing quote packs for existing clients
11. Liaise with suppliers for ordering of products/uniform, maintaining new, existing and terminated client set ups
12. Monitoring our suppliers for efficient service delivery
13. Manage supplier ordering system for stock delivery to client sites
14. Production of site visits for all client contracts
15. Assist with stores management
16. Collate and produce monthly operations reports
17. Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer queries, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly
18. Assisting with day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up to date
19. Manage the recruitment process
20. Ensure purchase orders are in place where applicable
21. Attend meetings to take minutes
22. ISO internal auditing
23. Assist with administration tasks such as dealing with incoming and outcoming post, filing and maintaining office emails
24. Support the Administration and Sales Department where required
25. Help in developing and implementing new operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
26. Other duties as required
THE SALARY
27. £25,800 – £27,500 per annum
28. 20 days annual leave entitlement pro-rata plus Bank Holiday allowance, increasing to 25 days pro-rata with 5 full years’ service.

Role based out of our Copford (Colchester) office which is located both close to the A12 and Marks Tey Station.
