Offer description

At the heart of exceptional care is compassion, commitment, and the drive to make a real difference. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital part in creating a warm, supportive, and dignified environment for our residents—helping them live with comfort, purpose, and joy every single day.

Reporting to the General Manager, Deputy Manager, Registered Nurse in Charge, Care Coordinators, and Community Leads, you will be a key member of a passionate care team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that meets the standards of the Care Quality Commission as well as our own company values.

What You'll Bring to the Team

You'll use your practical knowledge of dementia and elderly care to support residents with empathy and skill, always striving for the highest standards. We're looking for dedicated professionals who share our belief that great care is not just a task—but a calling.

Whether you're an experienced carer or looking to grow your career further, we want to hear from you.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As part of our caring and committed team, you will:

* Deliver personal care that respects each resident's dignity, independence, and unique needs.
* Work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Care Quality Commission requirements to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
* Build warm, trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Support a positive, homely atmosphere where residents feel valued and understood.
* Bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and professionalism to every shift.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking exceptional individuals who demonstrate:

* Strong personal care skills
* Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication
* Reliability and punctuality
* Adaptability and willingness to learn
* A positive, enthusiastic, and patient attitude
* Confidence, diplomacy, and approachability
* Self-motivation and professionalism

NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications are an advantage but not essential—your passion for care matters most.

Why Join Us?

* Excellent rates of pay
* A supportive team that values you
* Opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your career
* The chance to make a genuine impact each and every day

If you are compassionate, motivated, and ready to contribute to a team that truly cares, we would love to welcome you.
