About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive and forward-thinking school located in the beautiful Christchurch area.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm. You will be supporting pupils across both primary and secondary phases, helping them to engage positively in learning and achieve personal growth.

Your Responsibilities
In this role you will build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, guiding them through their daily routines and academic activities.
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a structured and purposeful learning atmosphere. Your presence will help pupils feel safe, motivated and ready to learn.

What We Are Looking For
To apply for this position, you must have a minimum of six months of childcare or classroom experience, ideally where you have supported children requiring additional help.
Due to the school’s location, you will also need to be able to drive. We are seeking someone who is patient, resilient, adaptable and genuinely passionate about supporting young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
