Are you an experienced care professional looking for the next step in your career? We’re seeking a passionate Shift Leader to join our dynamic team and take on a rewarding leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily assessments and ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. Update care plans regularly, always in line with individual goals. Manage medication rounds and maintain MARS, audit trails, and records. Collaborate with GPs, Adult Social Care professionals, and therapy teams. Support our Registered and Deputy Managers in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. There may be an element of mobile working to complete pre admission assessments at the hospital. About You: Prior experience in a care environment (ideally in a similar role) is essential. You should hold, be working towards or willing to undertake a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. Flexibility is key – be ready to adapt to the evolving needs of the service.
