Role: Front of house Office Executive
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £32,000 dependent on experience
Location: Solihull town centre B91

We are working on behalf of an esteemed employer who are looking to recruit an Office Executive to manage their front of house operations and business administration needs, as they continue to grow their UK and global operations.

As the front of house Office Executive, you would be the face of the business and pride yourself on providing a friendly and premium customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. You will primarily support with diary management, preparing meeting rooms, meeting and greeting visitors, preparing refreshments, event coordination and administration support to the business.

This is a full time officed based position in Solihull town centre. Free parking is available.

This position is ideal for a Graduate who is looking to grow with a successful business.

Role and responsibilities:

* Working as the Office Executive you will be acting as a first point of contact into the business

* Responsible for managing the meeting room diary as well as diary management for the Director

* Acting as the face of the business, meeting and greeting all visitors professionally

* Preparing meeting rooms, serving refreshments and ordering lunches as required for visitors

* Producing letters to send to clients and chase for outstanding documentation to complete client files

* Preparing paperwork and packs for Advisors ahead of client meetings

* Ensure all data and administration records are correctly processed and accurately updated when requested in adherence to compliance procedures

* Organise events both onsite and at external venues for networking, awards and client meetings

* Support the Director in a PA capacity as required

* General administrative duties as required such as handling post and ordering office supplies

Skills and experience required:

* Previous demonstrable experience as an Office Executive, Receptionist or PA is essential

* Excellent time management and organisational skills

* Professional communication skills

* Strong knowledge and confident user of Excel

* Ability to engage with a variety of high profile stakeholders

* Proactive with a client and team focused mentality

* Well presented due to the client facing nature of the role
