Your Role as an Endodontist
* Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for complex endodontic cases, including root canal therapy, apicoectomies, and retreatments.
* Collaborate with general dentists and specialists for comprehensive care coordination.
* Ensure patients are well-informed and comfortable through clear communication and a gentle chairside manner.
* Maintain accurate documentation and work within a fully digital clinical workflow.
* Engage in continuing education and mentorship to refine your clinical expertise.
What You’ll Need
* DMD or DDS degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
* Completion of a CODA-accredited endodontics residency program
* Active New York dental license
* Board Certification (or board eligibility) from the American Board of Endodontics (preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with Medicaid patient care (preferred)
