About the Role:
Bidfood is on the lookout for a Telesales Team Leader to join our dynamic Manchester call centre. You'll be leading a driven team of Sales Executives who support our independent customer base across Manchester, Wakefield, and Liverpool. In this hands-on role, your leadership will inspire performance, boost morale, and help your team smash targets every month.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and motivating a telesales team in a busy, high-energy environment.
* Coaching and supporting Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Encouraging a culture of creativity, positivity, and customer-first thinking.
* Monitoring performance, providing feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
* Supporting the team with day-to-day problem solving and sales strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
* A positive, energetic leader who thrives in a target-driven setting.
* Previous telesales or sales team leadership experience (foodservice sector a plus!).
* Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to boost engagement and sales.
* Strong communicator with a can-do attitude and a passion for developing others.
