Primary Purpose: To work with all nine Catapults to promote the collective impact they are making on people’s lives and the UK economy. To develop and implement a wide-reaching marketing and communications strategy that promotes the Network’s collective positioning in order to amplify the understanding and recognition of Catapults, as well as extend their collective influence as key delivery partners in the innovation landscape, both nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the way our company is perceived by key audiences. You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to result oriented evaluation.

Experience:
* Proven experience managing/delivering relevant marketing/comms campaigns/portfolios in complex environments with an interest in/passion for the innovation, research and development sector(s)
* Proven experience in roles that interface with central government.
* Experience of working in complex environments with a broad range of stakeholders, professional experts and industries
* Proven experience of a wide range of tools/channels with the ability to deliver vibrant and appealing social media strategies, content marketing and website user experience management.
* Highly credible, strategic project manager
* Strong analytical skills
