We are currently working with a long-only investment management firm seeking to add an Equity Research Analyst to its global strategy team. The fund follows a high-conviction, low-turnover approach with a long-term investment horizon of 3-5 years.
Duties include:
* Conducting detailed fundamental research on companies across a number of sectors
* Developing and maintaining financial models
* Providing stock ideas for inclusion in relevant portfolios
* Performing macroeconomic research to inform investment decisions
* Writing detailed research reports
* Monitoring existing portfolio holdings
* Attending company meetings and conferences
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of equity research work experience
* Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent
* Pursuing CFA qualification
* Strong numerical skills
* Humble, self-aware and able to learn from mistakes
* Intellectually curious with a continuous learning mindset
