Senior Finance Manager - Progression to Finance Director £60,000-£80,000 + bonus | Manchester | Hybrid working considered A growing, family-owned group operating across construction, property development and hospitality is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function and support the next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the management accounts, P&L reporting, cashflow forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis across the group. You will manage and develop a small finance team and provide clear, practical insight to support decision-making and drive performance.
