Care Assistant – Caerphilly

We are currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to join our growing agency team in Caerphilly. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated and compassionate carers looking for flexible agency work within care homes, nursing homes, and supported living environments.
Responsibilities:
5. Providing high-quality personal care and support to service users
6. Assisting with moving and handling in line with care plans and safety procedures
7. Administering medication in line with policies and procedures
8. Supporting residents with daily living activities including washing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
9. Monitoring and recording patient wellbeing and reporting any concerns
10. Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times
11. Working effectively as part of a team and following care plans
12. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
Requirements:
13. Minimum 6 months’ UK-based care experience
14. Experience with moving and handling
15. A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
16. Good communication skills
