Your Role in Our Vision
As the SRM Pricing & PPA D&A Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our Digital First agenda. Reporting to the Global Director of PN Growth, you will lead a talented team of data and analytics professionals, driving the development and scaling of D&A products that unlock our Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) potential.
This is a project-based transformation role with an expected duration of three years, after which we will explore further opportunities within the Mars family. If a suitable alternative role isn’t available at that time, your employment will conclude.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead D&A Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy for Strategic Pricing & Price Package Architecture aligned with our growth vision.
* Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with business product owners and global SRM Pricing teams to drive top-tier pricing capabilities.
* Design Analytics Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable analytics solutions that meet product objectives.
* Data Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust data strategy for effective data collection, storage, and utilization.
* Value Creation Focus: Ensure exceptional adoption of capabilities to deliver impactful results through advanced analytics.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Align D&A initiatives with business objectives by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead a High-Performing Team: Foster collaboration and skill development within your D&A team.
* Track KPIs: Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success.
* Communicate Effectively: Simplify complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders and provide training to product teams.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate data-related risks while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

* Vendor Relationship Management: Experience managing relationships with external data vendors.
* Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* CPG and Retailer Knowledge: Familiarity with key external third-party data sources.
