Responsibilities
* Provide support and care to residents, meeting their physical and psychological needs.
* Administer medication, complete documentation and place orders for prescribed medication.
* Support new admissions and discharges of residents.
* Participate in weekly GP rounds.
* Update and maintain resident care plans, liaising with external parties where applicable.
Qualifications
* Current NMC registration.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical practices.
* Experience in writing detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans.
* Good understanding of regulatory frameworks including MCA/DoLs.
