One of the UKs largest performance door set manufacturers and architectural hardware suppliers is seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead operations and deliver world-class manufacturing standards at their North Wales facility.
The Role
* Full leadership responsibility for site operations and 50 employees
* Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
* Manage operational budgets and collaborate with Finance
* Shape supply chain strategy and lead change management
Skills & Experience
1. Senior-level manufacturing leadership (e.g., Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Factory Manager, Production Director)
