Location: Southampton
Hours: Full-time (8.30am – 3.30pm)

What You’ll Do:
✨ Supporting students with autism in both classroom and extracurricular activities
✨ Implementing individualised support plans and strategies
✨ Promoting positive behaviour and social interaction
✨ Assisting with communication and sensory needs
✨ Building trusting relationships with students to encourage independence and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with students with autism or in an SEN setting
Genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
