Main duties and responsibilities:
* Participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
* Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while respecting confidentiality.
* Support service users with meal preparation, laundry duties, cleaning, and social events.
* Maintain accurate notes and records as required.
* Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care.
Personal Characteristics
* Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
* Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Confidence to work independently or as part of a team.
* Passion for working with vulnerable adults.
* Commitment to safeguarding high standards.
