The Opportunity
We are looking for a Healthcare Marketing Specialist who truly understands how scientific and medical professionals consume content. This person will take the lead on getting high-quality content in front of the right people. They will drive distribution strategy across key channels, grow awareness and trust among expert audiences, and build relationships that support long-term impact.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who combines sector knowledge with hands-on marketing and communication experience. The right candidate will be excited by the challenge of building credibility in a complex and discerning space.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a content distribution strategy focused on scientific and healthcare audiences
* Amplify existing content (podcasts, articles, profiles) across the most relevant channels and platforms
* Build and manage partnerships with institutions and networks that reach clinicians, researchers, and decision-makers
* Tailor messaging to different personas, such as biotech founders, hospital executives, and practicing clinicians
* Drive targeted growth on social media and other platforms where healthcare professionals are active
* Track performance and optimise campaigns based on reach, relevance, and engagement
What We're Looking For
* Deep understanding of how healthcare and scientific professionals engage with content
* Background in content marketing, healthcare communications, or scientific publishing
* Excellent writing skills and strong attention to visual presentation
* Ability to build relationships and outreach to institutions and partners
* Strategic mindset with a willingness to get hands-on with execution
