What you'll be doing
* Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions — from data modelling to UX design
* Lead solution design across cross-functional teams, owning deliverables end-to-end
* Build and review AI-assisted code, setting standards for prompt governance and output validation
* Develop proof-of-concept builds to qualify requirements and showcase platform capabilities
* Swarm on high-priority issues as part of a tight-knit team of admins and developers
* Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and emerging AI tooling — and bring what's relevant back to the team
* 6 or more years in a Salesforce analysis or development role (equivalent experience in a related analytical or admin position will be considered)
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Flow Builder and declarative automation
* Experience across multiple Salesforce products, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Voice, or e-Sign
* Familiarity with Salesforce's native AI capabilities and where they replace or augment custom-built solutions
* Lightning Component experience is a bonus
AI & modern development:
* Practical, demonstrated experience working with AI coding assistants
* The confidence and technical grounding to critically review AI-generated code and documentation
Soft skills & ways of working:
* Strong communicator at all levels of an organisation, able to translate business needs into detailed requirements and design documentation
* Thrives in ambiguity and willing to backtrack and experiment to validate approaches
* Able to juggle competing priorities with ease and take genuine ownership of deliverables end to end
