About the Position
Driving license and vehicle access are required for this role.
* Salary: £13.80 per hour, rising to £14.30 per hour
* Paid mileage at 31p per mile
* Completed DBS check paid by the company
* Paid 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), pro‑rated
* Refer a friend scheme – £200 bonus per referral
Job Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care and dressing for elderly, disabled and vulnerable adults in their homes.
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
* Help with medication preparation and administration.
* Provide social support, companionship and conversation.
* Perform light housework such as occasional washing.
* Promote health and well‑being to enable clients to live independently.
Requirements
* Friendly, caring attitude – experience is not required.
* Valid driving licence and regular vehicle for community work.
* Willingness to travel to clients in Grantham and surrounding villages.
