As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Managing Consultant to lead from the front and play a key role in driving both team and business performance.
The Role
As Managing Consultant, you will lead, develop, and grow a team of consultants while also maintaining your own billing desk.
You will be responsible for driving revenue, setting performance standards, and creating a high-performing, motivated team culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is both commercially driven and passionate about developing people.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Recruitment Consultants
* Driving team performance against revenue targets and KPIs
* Supporting consultants with business development and client strategy
* Identifying and implementing improvements to processes and performance
* Conducting regular reviews, and coaching sessions
* Building and maintaining key client relationships
* Creating a positive, high-performance team culture

* Proven experience in recruitment
* Strong billing history with consistent target achievement
* Strong business development and client management skills
* A natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Commercially driven with a focus on revenue growth
* Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach
* Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills
