The Role
You will play a key part in producing complex, high-precision components for demanding applications. Responsibilities include:
* Manufacturing one-off and small-batch precision parts from a variety of aerospace-grade materials.
* Setting and operating both manual and CNC turning or milling machines.
* Delivering consistently high-accuracy work.
* Interpreting detailed engineering drawings with confidence.
* Working with control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, or XYZ.
* Performing precise inspection and measurement using tools such as micrometers, verniers, and plug gauges.
Key Skills & Experience
* At least five years' experience in a precision machining environment, specialising in turning.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and the ability to read technical drawings.
* Proven capability to machine complex components to tight tolerances, accurately and efficiently.
* Commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
* A proactive, detail-focused, and solution-driven mindset.
