Primary School Teacher - Long Term Roles - Location: Stafford, Stone, Rugeley - Start Date: September 2026
Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity from September 2026?
We are currently working in partnership with a variety of welcoming and supportive local primary schools whom are seeking for enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate Primary School Teachers to join their team on a long-term basis starting from September onwards. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators to experience a range of local primary schools supporting schools on a long-term basis. We welcome applications from ECT's.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality planning and lessons in line with school planning and curriculum requirements.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes pupil engagement and achievement.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of individual pupils and classes.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
* Promote and safeguard the welfare of children at all times.What we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting.
* Confident teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
* A flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
* Availability for day-to-day supply, short-term placements and/or long-term roles.
* Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one).
* Can provide two recent professional references.
* Is able to commute to schools within the Stafford, Stone and Rugeley areas.
* Is fully registered (or willing to register) with Academics.Pay: £130 - £180 per day, depending on experience and assignment. Holiday pay is included in the daily rate.
